- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving it.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
Note: Certain items such as customized products, opened batteries, or clearance sale items may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products with physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items showing signs of use or tampering.
- Items returned without original packaging and accessories.
- Perishable or consumable items (if applicable).
- Special order or made-to-order products.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for exchange.

6. Shipping Damages
If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product.
